PitchFriendly uses the reporters already in a pitch to suggest similar contacts. Add several relevant reporters before reviewing suggestions so the existing list provides enough context.
Suggestions come from incomplete reporter records and can be stale, sparse, or off-topic. Before adding a suggestion to outreach, verify the reporter's recent work, current outlet, and professional contact route through current first-party sources.
Review Suggested Reporters on the pitch page
Scroll to Suggested Reporters.
For each result:
- Select Add to include the reporter in the pitch.
- Select x to dismiss the reporter from the suggestions.
If the results are sparse or off-topic, add more representative reporters to the pitch and refresh the suggestions.
