PitchFriendly uses the Gravatar associated with your account email. When that address has no Gravatar, PitchFriendly displays a generated robot image.
Associate an image with the PitchFriendly account email
- Open Gravatar.
- Sign in or create an account.
- Add the same email address used by your PitchFriendly account.
- Upload an image and associate it with that address.
Gravatar profile images are public. Review Gravatar's visibility settings before using a personal photo.
Check the email address when the image does not change
The Gravatar email must match the PitchFriendly account email. If you changed your PitchFriendly email, add the new address to Gravatar and associate the image with it.
Refresh PitchFriendly after saving the change. Browser and image caches may delay the updated image. If the generated robot remains, verify the email match before contacting support.
